FAQs for the Pathways Mental Health Conference

Pathways: Mental Health Conference is Elite DNA Behavioral Health’s inaugural teaching event designed to inspire growth, collaboration, and innovation in the mental health community. Our theme, Learn. Lead. Care., reflects our goal of equipping new and experienced providers with practical, real-world tools they can apply right away.

The conference will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at The Citrus Club in Orlando, Florida.

Pathways is designed for mental-health professionals across disciplines, therapists, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, case managers, and practice-management leaders, who are passionate about learning, leading, and delivering compassionate care.

The event’s mission is to equip new mental-health providers with actionable skills and knowledge through dynamic, practical sessions led by experts in the field. Each session is built around connection, reflection, and application.

The Pathways Conference is hosted by Elite DNA Behavioral Health, one of Florida’s largest and fastest-growing behavioral-health organizations. With more than 1,000 employees and over 600 licensed providers across the state, Elite DNA is dedicated to making mental-health care accessible, compassionate, and evidence-based.

Registration will be completed through the conference registration link shared internally with staff. Presenters and attendees will receive the link via email and Teams. If you have any issues accessing the form, please contact EDNAU@elitedna.com for support.

There are three learning tracks, or “pathways,” attendees can choose from:

  • Therapy – Personal and clinical growth for therapists in all stages of practice.
  • Psychiatry – Diagnostic insight, medication management, and interdisciplinary care.
  • Practice Management – Operational leadership, innovation, and systems that support providers.

Yes. Attendees may sign up for four preferred sessions to ensure seating priority but are welcome to move between sessions as space allows.

The conference is organized into three learning pathways:

  • Practice Management

Each attendee will participate in a total of four sessions throughout the day.
For each session time slot, you may select one pathway session to attend.
Those who register for a specific session will receive priority seating, but you are welcome to move between sessions as space allows.

This structure allows you to tailor the day to your interests while still having flexibility in what you explore.
